### Slot Request ###- The artist will provide personalized drawing services based on specifications provided by the client, thought out prior to the commission request.- Commissions are taken in rounds of a maximum of 4 slots and are announced in X and BlueSky bio (occasionally in posts).- The first 4 people to contact the artist upon each opening of commissions are selected.- People who were not selected are notified that the round has been completed.- People who were not selected have the opportunity to submit a request when a new round of slots opens.- Requests are made via direct message on X or Blue Sky.- Request made through sites not mentioned in this document will not be accepted.- Requests will not be accepted if commissions are closed.### Work Process ###- The description provided by the client regarding how they want the work to look must be clear, precise, and complete. If the artist lacks sufficient data, they will make decisions on the fly, which will later be shown to the client for approval.- During the work process, the artist will provide samples to the client (screenshots) of the work in progress. Any significant changes at the sketch stage are free (once the line art is started, extra fees will be applied for each correction).- The approximate time for the delivery of a work from the time of payment may vary from several days to just over a month, depending on the complexity of the work or other personal reasons. If this period is extended for any reason, the client will be informed as soon as possible.- Upon completion, the work will be posted on X, Blue Sky, and Telegram.- The client will receive a high-resolution .PNG file (suitable for A3 poster) of the finished work (with a subtle watermark and the artist's signature).- The final file is delivered via email. The work will not be delivered by other means.### Prices and Payment Method ###- The client must clarify the type of shading, number of characters, and background that the work will have to determine the exact value of the commission (to know the exact figures, read the document "Pricing (USD)"). The complexity of the character and/or their framing (half body or full body) do not represent a variable for the price (except for icons).- Work begins once the client has paid at least 50% of the total value. The remaining amount can be paid when the client decides. If the total value is not completed at the time of finalizing the work, the delivery cannot be completed.- Transactions are made through PayPal in USD currency.### Refunds and Cancellations ###- The client can request a refund if the work has not yet started. If it is in the sketch stage, the client can request a refund, and 20% of its value will be deducted. If the work has already passed the sketch stage and is in line art status, refunds will not be accepted.- For cancellation requests, the same measures mentioned in the previous paragraph will be taken.- In case of refund or cancellation requests, the work will remain unfinished.### Copyright and Posts ###- By commissioning, the client is only paying for the artist's labor and reserves all rights solely to the freehand illustration work.- The artist does NOT appropriate the client's intellectual property or any third party that appears in the work, giving credits in the post description (if it is original characters).- The client agrees that any character or original content belonging to third parties is allowed only if they have the corresponding permissions from those people and they are aware of the commissioned work.- The client may post the commissioned work (on the social network they see fit) after the artist has published it first on X, Blue Sky, and Telegram.- It is not allowed to cut, edit, or manipulate the watermark or signature of the work. This includes poor posts where the post format hides it.- If the client prefers to remain anonymous, the work will still be published, but credits or client names will NOT be attached.### Closing Notes ###- The client agrees to be over 18 years old and must have read and accepted the terms of service presented in this document in its entirety before proceeding with a slot request.- For inquiries, send an email to: [email protected]X: @blyfist

### Solicitud de Slot ###- El artista proporcionará servicios personalizados de dibujo basados en especificaciones proporcionadas por el cliente, pensadas previamente a la solicitud de la comisión.- Las comisiones se toman en rondas de máximo 4 slots y se anuncian en bio de X y BlueSky (en posteos de forma ocasional).- Se seleccionan a las primeras 4 personas en contactar al artista a partir de cada apertura de comisiones.- Se les avisa a las personas que no fueron seleccionadas, indicándoles que la ronda ya se ha completado.- Las personas que no fueron seleccionadas tienen la oportunidad de realizar una solicitud cuando se abra una nueva ronda de slots.- Las solicitudes se realizan a través de mensaje directo de X o Blue Sky.- No se aceptarán solicitudes realizadas por sitios no mencionados en este documento.- No se aceptarán solicitudes si las comisiones se encuentran cerradas.### Proceso de Trabajo ###- La descripción que el cliente proporciona acerca de como quiere que se vea la obra debe ser clara, precisa y completa. Si el artista no posee datos suficientes tomara decisiones sobre la marcha que, posteriormente, se le mostrará al cliente para su aprobación.- Durante el proceso de trabajo, el artista proporcionará al cliente muestras (capturas de pantalla) de la obra en proceso. Cualquier cambio significativo en la etapa de boceto es gratis (una vez iniciado el line-art se aplicaran tarifas extra por correcciones importantes).- El tiempo aproximado de demora para la entrega de una obra desde el momento del pago, puede varia entre varios días hasta poco mas de un mes, dependiendo de la complejidad de la obra u otros motivos personales. Por cualquier motivo de extenderse este plazo se le informará al cliente lo antes posible.- Al finalizarse la obra esta se publicará en X, Blue Sky y Telegram.- El cliente obtiene un archivo .PNG de alta resolución (apto para póster A3) de la obra terminada (con una marca de agua sutil y la firma del artista).- El archivo final se entrega al correo electrónico. La obra no se entregará por otros medios diferentes.### Precios y Método de Pago ###- El cliente debe dejar en claro el tipo de sombreado, cantidad de personajes y el fondo que tendrá la obra para determinar el valor exacto de la comisión (para conocer las cifras exactas, leer el documento “Precios (ARS)”). La complejidad del personaje y/o su encuadre (mitad de cuerpo o cuerpo completo) no representan una variable para el precio (exceptuando iconos).- El trabajo se inicia una vez que el cliente haya abonado al menos el 50% del valor total. El monto restante puede pagarse cuando el cliente lo decida. Si no se completa el valor total al momento de finalización de la obra, no puede completarse la entrega.- Las transacciones se realizan a través de PayPal en divisa estadounidense (USD). En caso de usarse divisa argentina, puede utilizarse cualquier método de pago por CVU.### Reembolsos y Cancelaciones ###- El cliente tiene la posibilidad de pedir un reembolso si la obra no se ha iniciado aun. En caso de estar en etapa de boceto, el cliente puede pedir un reembolso y se descontara un 20% de su valor. Si la obra ya ha superado la etapa de boceto y se encuentra en estado de line-art no se aceptarán reembolsos.- Ante pedidos de cancelación se tomaran las mismas medidas mencionadas en el inciso anterior.- Ante pedidos de reembolsos o cancelación la obra permanecerá inconclusa.- Derechos de Autor y Posts- Al realizar una comisión, el cliente únicamente esta pagando la labor del artista y se reservan todos los derechos únicamente sobre el trabajo de ilustración a mano alzada.- El artista NO se apropia de la propiedad intelectual del cliente o de algún tercero que figure en la obra, dando créditos en la descripción del posteo (si se llegase a tratar de personajes originales).- El cliente acepta que cualquier personaje o contenido original perteneciente a terceros esta permitido únicamente si posee los permisos correspondientes de dichas personas y estas conocen acerca de la obra comisionada.- El cliente puede postear la obra comisionada (en la red social que mejor le parezca) luego que el artista la haya publicado antes en X, Blue Sky y Telegram.- No esta permitido cortar, editar o manipular la marca de agua o firma de la obra. Esto incluye malas publicaciones donde el formato del post la llegue a ocultar.- En el caso de que el cliente prefiera mantenerse en el anonimato la obra se publicara de igual manera, pero NO se adjuntaran créditos ni nombres del cliente.### Cierre de Documento ###- El cliente acepta ser mayor de 18 años y debió haber leído y aceptado los términos de servicio presentados en este documento en su totalidad antes de proceder con una solicitud de slot.- Para realizar consultas enviar un correo a: [email protected]X: @blyfist
