Commissions are taken in rounds of a maximum of 4 slots and are announced in X and BlueSky bio (occasionally in posts).

The first 4 people to contact the artist upon each opening of commissions are selected.

To secure the slot, a payment of at least 50% must be made within 24 hours of requesting it.

You can secure a slot even if commissions are closed. You will have your place ready at the reopening.

The description provided by the client regarding how they want the work to look must be clear, precise, and complete. If the artist lacks sufficient data, they will make decisions on the fly, which will later be shown to the client for approval.

During the work process, the artist will provide samples to the client (screenshots) of the work in progress. All changes and corrections are free in any stage of the process (if completed within the estimated delivery time).

The time for delivery is scheduled from 3 to +7 days, depending on the complexity of the piece (you can see the start and finish days of your order in the Queue tab from the home menu).

If any change or correction exceeds the delivery time, an aditional fee will be charged (+20% of total value).

The delivery time indicated in previous sections corresponds to a single commission. Each commission is processed individually, not simultaneously, in the order they arrive. This means that in order to start with your drawing, the previous one must be completed first.

Upon completion, the work will be posted on X, Blue Sky, and Telegram.

The client receives a high resolution .PNG file (suitable for A3 poster) of the finished work (with a subtle watermark / artist's signature).

The final piece is delivered via email. It will not be delivered via other sites.

Work begins once the client has paid at least 50% of the total value. The remaining amount can be paid when work finishes. If the total value is not completed at the time of finalizing the work, the delivery cannot be completed.

Transactions are made through PayPal in USD currency (CBU/CVU for ARS currency).

The client can request a refund or a cancellation within 24 hours of acquiring the slot. Passed this time, refunds or cancellations will not be accepted.

If the refund or cancellation request is accepted, the work will remain unfinished and the progress made at the moment will not be delivered.

By commissioning, the client is only paying for the artist's labor. All rights reserved to the handmade work.

The artist does not appropriate the client's intellectual property or any third party that appears in the artwork.

The client agrees that any character or original content that belongs to third parties have the corresponding permissions for being illustrated and said people are aware of the commissioned work.

The client can't post the artwork if the artist doesn't.

The client can post the commissioned work (on any social media) only after the artist has published it first on X, Blue Sky, and Telegram.

It's not allowed to cut, edit, or manipulate the watermark or signature of the work. This includes poor posts where the post format hides it.

Client's username is not included on the post by default (specify whether to include).

The artist reserves the right not to publish artworks if he decides so.

The client agrees to be over 18 years old and must have read and accepted the terms of service presented in this document in its entirety before proceeding with a slot request.

The artist reserves admission rights.

Political themes, hate speech, or minors in adult situations are prohibited.
